The construction project has wide ranging affects on not only the Wadhams area and Kimball Township residents, but it will affect the lives of many folks traveling through St. Clair County as it becomes the link from the south end to the north end of the County as the Bridge Plaza Project at the foot of the Blue Water Bridges impacts both I-94 and I-69 traffic all around that area.
